Hi and welcome to my carputer website.In the site you will find info about the project such as:  its progress, technical specifications, FFU(for future usage), images, tutorials, links and maybe more in the future. So lets begin!

How it all started?

Eight months ago (today is  02/04) i've had an idea, it came to me due to my lack of city streets knowledge. I have a problem remembering street names (unconsciously), Though i do remember the way of one point to another. So i wanted a gps, but a gps with a map, I could have bought an IPAQ like pocketpc with a gps, but that wouldnt be that good because:

1) I would have a not too big screen.

2) I wont have all the maps possible by the program, due to the hardware.

3) I wont have all the program's capabilities , also due to the hardware.

I'm talking about Destinator(also known as naviguide) in the example.

So i've decided to go on an odyssey, building my own carpc that will have:                          

1) GPS capabilities

2) Mp3 capabilities

3) and more...(network,videoclips,phonebooks,notes...)

But it will be very minimal in space and in options atleast for my current needs.What ever be next is only a plus.After crusing the web i've found a website named Mp3car, i've known the site for over a year but never thought i'd do such a thing.

The site is great its the best place for any level carpc builder.After explaining the history lemme get right to the point.
